第16話 - 電話をするのに何日も何日も話を引き延ばす詐欺師の女

こちらか電話をすることを拒む相手は要注意！

さて、今回のメールでは今後どうやって電話をかけるかという話をしています。東京とロシア中部の時差は6時間です。ロシアがお昼12時だった場合、東京は18時となります。詐欺師の女、Виктория Рокина-ビクトリヤ・ロキナ(仮名)はこの時差を気にし、いつ電話をかけたら良いのかを聞いてきています。それにしても「電話しよう」と言い始めてから、一体いつかけてくるんだ？！と思うほど詐欺師の女は話を引き伸ばしてきます。

そして彼女の電話はもう古いから、上手く機能するかがよく分からない、というようなことも言ってきています。しかし古かろうと新しかろうと、国際電話をかけられない電話などありません。もちろんプランによって料金が変わることはあったとしても。

ちなみに詐欺師はほぼ確実に「私から電話をかける」と言ってきます。こちらから電話をかけようとすると何とかそれをはぐらかしたり、理由をつけて電話に出られなかったなどの言い訳をしてきます。ですのでもしこちらから電話をかけてもちゃんと繋がらないようであれば、それは詐欺師である可能性が高いということです。

ただ、最近はもちろんSkypeやその他SNSの通話機能を使うことがほとんどのため、電話番号のやりとりをしないケースも多いと思います。ですがオンラインで出会ったまだ会ったことがない相手に関しては、次のアクションを起こす前には必ず電話番号を確認するようにしましょう。

もちろんそれがプリペイド携帯であるとしても、電話を確認するかしないかは大きな違いです。例えば電話番号を確認していれば、仮にそれがプリペイド携帯だったとしても、その番号のSIMカードが購入されたお店の防犯カメラに犯人が写っている、という場合もあります。

ただ、最近はロシアのように組織的に国際ロマンス詐欺を働いている場合、電話に関する対策も詐欺師側でされてしまっているケースもあるため、もちろん電話番号が繋がれば安心ということはありません。

しかし繰り返し伝えておくと、いつでも電話が繋がる相手ではない場合、それは詐欺師である可能性が高いため注意が必要です。
